PCB Component ID

   Not really speaker related. My 8w florry work lamp has packed up. cracked it open tho find this a bit melted and bulbus.

Its from the hf start for the florry tube. Bits of the printing are missing, Obviously 250v but cant read after the 225.

Its a long shot i know, any ideas?
