352mm, just done 4 myself and it was tite so id make its 353/4

Yes. If you want your driver to be bolted in. If not you can use these or similar for a bit of a less hassle approach. My advice would be to only use these if you are not clamping in a sub as the pressure may rattle the driver loose.
