352mm, just done 4 myself and it was tite so id make its 353/4 
We all start from the bottom, very few, in comparison, make it to the top.

m6 t-nuts and bolts you can get them of ebay or a local bolt shop

Yes. If you want your driver to be bolted in. If not you can use these or similar for a bit of a less hassle approach. My advice would be to only use these if you are not clamping in a sub as the pressure may rattle the driver loose. Although I have seen them successfully used in subs, just not quite as secure in my eyes.
