Currently I have 10 cerwin vega l36pe, 6 are loaded with void v18-1000s and 4 still have the original drivers. Iv been offerd good money for a pair of the l36pes with the original drivers which would still leave me 8 which is more than I usually use at one time anyway, they have served me well and I'm reluctant to sell but i would like something that drops a bit lower with more spl...

I also have 4 void psychos which were going to replace the l36pes but after using them the first time I managed to blow 3 of the drivers which I will be taking back to void to fix next week now that xmas is over and I have a bit more time...

I realise the psychos may not have been the best option to replace the l36pes with as most of my bookings are small to medium sized venues,

I've done a bit of searching and have found a few possible solutions but I cannot decide what to go for and I don't want to be disappointed as it's not possible to hear all the cabs before I choose. The normal sort of music that is played through the system is drum and bass

The tops I'm using are turbosound floodlights and I'm considering changing those if they cannot keep up in terms of spl or if the subs don't run high enough to meet them as I currently have a smal gap between 140-180hz as I run the v18 loaded l36pes from 38 to 120/140hz and the floods from 180hz upwards

The cabs iv short listed are:

I've owned them all apart from the 24's and I'm definitely keeping 8 trinities. It was an easy choice for me. Good luck : )

Cheers mate... iv just put a deposit down on the last staysys xv1 and got the 4 psycho drivers reconed.. I was told the psychos need to be used in a block of 6 which might be a bit difficult to transport so I think il loose those and get another xv1. Will the Trinity's work with the xv1 or will they be covering too much of the same freq band? Could I run the xv1 higher if I had the trinity doing the low stuff?

I know people who used to run the xv1 high and low so I would guess so. You'll certainly get more lows from the trinity as the xv1 weren't very good down there in my opinion.
