Maybe worth looking at other amps now, much has come out since Naphon.

Also to be honest, don't expect much below 50hz, with 1850 horns, regardless of amps, and how many cabs are in a stack,

PDs can deliver some nice warm notes but the naphon sounds horrible and wont reproduce any of them. One of the worst amps ive bought.

i was at that dance also sounded very heavy, think more down to pre operating and no real high passing  than amp tbh , sounds yopu mentioned would run 1 driver per channel making much more reliable but 6u and 70 kg for 4 drivers is a head ache :(

The early Naphons, after having a mod, were very strong, if not particularly warm sounding.

The later amps, were cut down crap, and the importer stopped bringing them over, due to this.

Some people started importing them themselves, and found out the issue to their cost. Ouch

The importer has now got 2ohm stable versions of the Naphon, so maybe worth a re-visit.

will 4 fane lf600 15" sound decent on a proline 3000

I've owned several proline 3000's.

Would be fine powering 2x PD1850/2 at 4r a chan. Lots of people always say 'not enough power' when it comes to hanging 4 drivers on a Proline 3000, however have done it myself and have seen others do it too. EG a fellow soundsystem who regularly powered V1000 drivers on 4r loads on a proline 3000 with ease.

Just whatever you do, do not clip this amplifier.

I got a new amp for x4 PDs aslong as you got a preamp notes will drop with great power for the money. Cheaper than sae etc too. The game is changing. Aswell as some serious x4 channel smps. 4 x 5k...

What's your budget?

I'm selling QSC PL380, for £1K.

That will drive 8x 1850s, if on decent power.

Amp in North London.
