Hi my friends!
I will have next week one RCF AS 6001 amplifier to repair, I please asking to anyone for shematics/service manual for this amplifier. To me looks like one Class H 2 step configuration amplifier, at "first seen". Someone tried to "fix it" using fake output MJ devices and fails in first minutes... Thanks in advance, regards, Claudiu! Looks like it's actually Yorkville AP3000 series. http://www.dropbox.com/s/jpvlyt0iloi1twj/yorkville_audiopro-ap3000_sm.pdf Edited by M4trix - 26 February 2017 at 9:49pm |

Thank you very, very much!
Seeing schematics, it looks most like a classG amplifier.

No problem.
Edit: When you have time, open one of those weird marked MJ15022/23. Let's see the sucker inside. Edited by M4trix - 27 February 2017 at 12:41am |

Look like these.
This lot were supplied by CPC in the UK. Good amps those Yorkvilles. Edited by kedwardsleisure - 28 February 2017 at 11:38am |

I have never seen such logo. Perhaps made in India ? @Kevin, since when do you have them ? Looks like an old batch.

A few years. A customer sent an amp in for repair and told me "don't get any transistors for it, I will send some' and he sent those (in CPC packets). Which is why I fitted ON Semi transistors and kept a couple of those as a souvenir.

@Kevin,
well, for the sake of science, you could keep one as a souvenir, the other one for the autopsy ! |
