I've got a Robe wash that isn't striking, I've put power direct to the lamp circuit and all lights up fine. I haven't had a look much further down the line but I guess the trigger system is pretty basic, Anyone have an idea where to look next?

checked your dmx/dipswitches etc?

no dips on these units, the light wont strile when ussing the lamp on option on the menu but when power is applied direct to the lamp circuit, all comes on. probably the relay circuit but any pointers welcome.

Most likely the relay or relay drive as you say. Check if you can hear the relay click in. We are able to help you out with repair if you have no joy.
