Not the full picture as often on here frankly. It depends. The box may work Well with that driver. Sometimes, especially lower tuned boxes work better with drivers that are tuned lower at a cost of more wattage.

My point still stands, that is a box tuned for a huge resonant peak at a not particularly low frequency.
