What is the best way of measuring the sensitvity of a loudspeaker? I understand how to do a frequency response, relative to itself, (white noise, sine sweep), but then how do I compare that to manufacturers quoted figures etc?

Many thanks,
Tom

You use a program with supplied mic and preamp that are calibrated.

Something like LMS is good for a budget setup and is acurate within 0.1 dB I think.
