I have several speaker cabs that I have not really used yet & was wondering on under powering them
I have 2 usb style cabs with fane 18" xb 600w drivers in them & 2 x1 cabs with pd 186 (mk 1 I think) - and an ultradrive pro for the crossover. I have 2 xti 4000s running in bridged mono mode just as they are beginning to thump nicely i am clipping. ( it sounds good but not that chest pumping good)

I am really looking for light weight amps if anybody has any recommendations.

but really I think what I am asking is can these speakers be powered a lot more and if so by how much?

would for example an itech 4000 be better? or would it need to be the 6000?

The xti range are really not bass amps.
Sound Hire/Sales new/used equipment.
