Very sad news indeed. Youth like me can only imagine what his systems were like, and I believe in excellent imaginations Smile R.I.P Mr. Court.
Almost everyone is born a genius and buried an idiot.

My tinnitus and interest in big rigs started while standing far too close to his design 2x15 bins in abandoned warehouses in the Netherlands.

I wonder if Court Acoustics will stay in the family or be sold off. His latest studio monitors were generating a lot of interest from what I've been told. Would be a shame to see his ideas lost for ever.
For sidefills, can we have two enormous things of a type that might be venerated as Gods by the inhabitants of Easter Island, capable of reaching volumes that would make Beelzebub soil his pants.

Found this photo (that shows the right hand mid/top stack) in an old Court brochure of the Camden Palace.

Between the two front mid / top stacks there was a line of Court 2 x 15" bass bins stood on their ends.

At the rear of the dance floor the speakers were 2x12", a JBL 2350 horn, with a JBL bullet array. These rear speakers were not flown but each mounted on a thick vertical steel pole as far as I remember.
