long shot but...

Does anyone know if a version of Yamaha Studio manager that is portable \ independent from device connection exists?

I want to run it on my PC without the LS9\01v present so i can practice. have downloaded all the versions of firmware and hosts but it won't install without device connected...

Thanks

Paul

You are probably way ahead of this, buy you have installed the Yamaha Vitual Midi/Ip thingy haven't you, AFAIA that's the device it needs to install, the physical desk doesn't need to be there but the Midi adapter must be.....
