Just wondering if there is acctualy any difference between these amps as they all look the same from the outside other than being rebadged.
Cheers

They are all slightly different. Even the same brand and model can differ internally in small ways, such is the way of amps at the bottom end of the market.

The Audiohead are generally the worst build quality but they're all fairly dire.

IIRC, they're all OEM Cmarks, but the Cmark branded is the best of the lot.

Thomann Prolines are a completely different "animal" though.

Well, they're all made by Shenzhen Bao Ye Heng Industrial Development Company, C-Mark is their western OEM house brand, I guess people can pronounce that.

IMHO the best of the lot are the DAP-Audio Palladium, they have more transistors per watt rating than the others.

Have used Cmarks  for mid tops previously, had plenty of power, much better than RMX 2450 ...

Wouldn't use them on sub though.. So transistor count wasn't big deal..

The DAP Vision 3500/5000  (rebranded Soundstandards) are plenty meaty..

The Cmark and RMX are the same circuit.

The equivalent Cmark to the RMX range.

So an MR2450 versus an RMX2450

Both are 700Wpch into 4R

etc etc etc

Trust me, I have the schematics

To that, not suprising at all.

I was referring to the Cmark MR2650 (2x1200 watt at 4 ohms).

Have seen RMX2450 clip with 1x JBL 15"+1" per channel full range,

Saw MR2650 drive 2x of same cabs per channel with oodles of headroom remaining.

We have a c-mark. I can't bring myself to sell it even tho I don't need it anymore. It's great. It does things that the manual don't even say it does. Lol. Luton sound man. Remember 2008 festival?
Don't underestimate no sound!
