i've never heard anything but the voids in them, but i'm happy with it. they really are a sub though, and not an all round bass bin. normally i just have 2 out and give them 1000W each from matrix xp3000, if i take out all 4, i put them on a matrix xp5000, but lately when i've had 2 out they've been on the 5k also.. which is sounding good but the main reason for that was to make my regular amp rack lighter.

music.. can be techno, dubstep, breakcore.. psy trance.. i don't realy play music myself.

out of intrest i plan on getting my wood tomorro and can only buy it in sheets of 8x4 (im guessing this is the standard size)

how many sheets of 8x4 would it take to build two x1's the same as yours?

3 sheets will do 2 X1s if you plan your cuts well.

thanks m8 I use them mainly for discos at the moment playing mainly house/old-school/dance and usual disco music ,but i still haven't got round to making the second one or even painting the first one lol so i havent really heard the sistem set up how it should be but one thing
i also need is a decent system controller to time aline correct the phase other wise they create a gap in the response when running with my turbosounds

james
