Almost looks like the fault has created a triangle wave generator in the input stage! Something to do with a CCS charging a cap and then discharging quick once the limiter hits?

does that light mean limiter and signal on the power channel though? is it not just clicking in and out of protect for some reason?

Think the front panel is misleading. The blinking leds are the power-on lights
