1. Im building an X1 enclosure on CAD and noticed that the corner the speaker fires into is a harsh right angle, ive seen people use wadding for this corner, but in other speaker designs ( not X1 ), corner pieces are used. So i thrown in the corner pieces on CAD to see what it would look like, but wondered if anyone could tell me if any changes to the sound would be positive or negative.

2. Will the sound be affected by adding handles like these to the sides?

3. What are these small blocks for?

4. If anyone else has draw this enclosure in cad, do you get this lip from the baffle? Ive seen people use different ways to brace the baffle with a cut batten/2 small pieces, but i cant see they have a gap like my design..

Not much you can do about the lip unless you change the angle of the cut
