What is the reason for using 5 type b breakers and one type c? I assume the type c breaker could be used for lighting maybe? From these pictures also it appears to me you know your stuff and glad to see adequate protection for the outputs. |

Messy but that is to be expected on a DIY build, without using cable ties I couldn't get much better! But I can follow everything yes. Looks safe to me

Not hot glue, I'd go for the sticky back pads and put extra glue on them as they loose sticky-ness with added heat. Then you can cable tie to the pads and killed 2 birds with one stone!

I was verry happy with the sub, but I have blown it 5 minutes ago.
was driving on a bridged carver pm 700, so 700 w in bridge, was fine but after +/- 5 sec clipping, the 15w700 was death.

Let me guess, a completely burned out coil, possibly jammed in the magnet or seperated from the cone?

Best regards,

You can't see anything from the outside.
but i think the coil is burned out, at least it smells like that. coil is not separated from the cone.
