After the paint had dried for 2-3 days I started installing the external fittings

Now to wire the speakon dishes and base speakons, cut and install wadding.
The grills will be manufactured by a external company and require a .dxf file, so currently getting enraged by Fusion 360.

Keep up the good work

Congratulations on a fantastic design and lovely build, I read the mention of flatpacks, are flat packs available for these?

Thank you, think Im finally happy with the design.

The flatpacks were Mk2.

I can make the MK6 as a flatpack if there is demand enough.

Thanks SamV, I think the sound really good but I'm kinda biased: and im a big fan of BMS drivers.

For a small enclosure the give a surprising amount of low end, snare drums pop nicely and vocals are present and warm.

but as with every enclosure they have their limits, you wouldn't have a pair on sticks or a dub step event LOL.
but a pair on sticks work well for a jazz trio or small pub gig.

The finish looks really professional.

What size nozzle and pressure did you use in the set up for the bottom and spatter coats?

I recently painted some cabs but struggled a little bit to get a consistent finish.
