Made the prototype on sunday.

Not had a chance to to give it a proper test.
I used a bi-amp crossed over at 1.6Khz borrowing a beyma FD-250 today off a friend and then Ill give a bit more testing (In a band situation)

It sounds good a little honkey in the lower mid range 100-550Kh ish but there is not padding it the top is amazing.

Will post pics later today

I'd put the speakons in the top of the cab above the horn with a recessed dish.  You won't ever have it upside down, but you may have it on it's back, sides, or bottom, as well as pole mounted.

or put 2 recessed pairs on both of the rear angled panels. and just link the connectors inside, so they all work

One on the bottom and one on the top, recessed, near the rear corner. That way you get a nice chain when linking cabs together on wedgework, and when on a speaker stand you can run the cable neatly straight down, no plugs sticking out.

Ive got this smaarted yesterday.
It been phase alined and time alined and is nearly flat from 200Hz to 2K smaart comfirmed the f3 is 63Hz

Its needed a bit of a bass boost at 80Hz but really impressed with the BMS drives.

Compared it with a martin F12 its better gain with out feedback, better bass (my enclosure is really small in comparison) and the f12 sounds like the vocals are coming from the horn only.

Ill put the plans and the DSP setting up some if anyone needs a loud compact 12+1 wedge and ill put some finished pix up soon

cheers

Have you tried some baffle step compensation, 6db or 3db per octave starting from around 300Hz?

no ive just had a quick read and its over my head.

On the frequency response on smaart didn't deviate more that -/+3dB.

I trying to sort a passive crossover for it now and trying to reduce the dsp setting i.e manually time alining the drivers in the box.

Baffle step isn't really needed on a floor monitor as much...the stage is there as a 'baffle' of a sort.
Away on extended leave.
