Hi,
I'm trying to design a modified scoop for the pd154c001. It's the first time I that tried to work with hornresp and autocad, and I'm not trying to built 'the best box in the world', just something that I modified myself and that doesn't perform awful.
I've added the schematic of the design and two different hornresp inputs & power output (different 'width') (It's a google drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1F5K0qPVkmAF95niHlVGrmACvMerqoBkL?usp=sharing).
My question is: What do you guys think of the design? Which width looks better to you? Other remarks?

Let me know what you think, all input welcome :)
PS: If this should be in the newbie-segment, just let me know and I'll delete the post :)

Quick look at the T/S parms, for that driver, tell me, what I already know.

In 2023,  drawing Scoop for a 15" driver, is rather pointless.

Would suggest, you acquire the plans for the Staiper 18" mini Scoop, and try to mod that for a 21".

Smaller, and would blow away any 15" full Scoop, if done right, with right driver.

A key point you need to make clear is what you want the box to do for you, what is it going to be used for?  This should be a start point before committing to expectations.

Currently, i have two 12" scoops that are okay-isch, but I want to upgrade because the 12" just can't hold up compared to the rest of my (reggae) soundsystem. Friends of me also are playing with 15" scoops, and when I played on them I wasn't dissapointed. Since i think that there are enough soundsystems that use 18", I wanted to go with 15" scoops, because being the loudest doesn't interest me.
So what do I want: I find 15" drivers loud enough for what I want, so now I need a box for it. There aren't many 15" designs online, so I tried to draw something myself. The question I have now is: do you see (major) flaws in the design? Does the hornesp look decent or not? ...

Yep, better this, than trying to run, before you can walk.
