Ideally i wanna run the 2 x 15" as low mid and the 2 x 12" as high mid

I wonna make a double box front facing for the 15"s any ideas for plans?

If you have no horn on the box its easy - just knock up a 3cu ft box with 50hz tuning.

If you get Fs Qts Vas you can calculate the correct volume for woofer. Download winisd pro from www.linearteam.dk for a start.
Whats 50hz tuning? You tune the port to some bass frequency and it increases output.

I think I suggested a horn at the beginning, and after deciding on no horn you want one again?lol

Stick with no horns unless you need them.

How about lets make a conclusion
Small venue
less than 200 audience
No reason for extra low frequencies

X15 or x12 + reflex sub.

Id guess that the x12 may sound abit smoother due to the HF driver not having to go so low.
Also a high frequency horn that has 90*x40* Dispersion is a good idea if using one per side.

If you were going to use two per side- with 60x40 horn, you could try splaying them horizontally side by side.

Problems?

Nope,it doesnt do anything for you.
VB = AIR inside the box.So you work out the box, then manually add driver volume, port volume,to get your total internal volume.
