\Just find out how much volume a 12" driver has. Or whatever size woofer your using. They tend to be quite similar. It wont be much, just a litre or three.

If you dont consider the driver volume, the port volume, nor the port wall volume, yess your tuning will be a little off. But if you get close enough within 5% thats ok. Its not like your going to tell if your sub is tuned to 49hz instead of 50hz.

I've used the 12" midrange horn from the eminence book loaded with fane colossus 12" they were good. Big cab for just a 12" though. 4 of them from 180Hz-3500Hz sounded pretty good.

Overkill for 200 people mind...

...unless they're outside.

Its a bit of an old design and the mid horns on SP are probs better but they work. They do have a curved horn though, but whats the problem with that?

Have ever anybody tried Selenium PASxxx plans? I tried to simulate them in HR, result was not good.

I am looking for 15" straight horn to cover 100Hz to 400-600Hz, above will be this http://eshop.prodance.cz/DetailPage.asp?DPG=85334 horn and top should be D210Ti or another 1" comp. Any suggestions?

You used to be able to buy it from good ol' Maplins. I have to admit I just photocopied my mates copy though.
