If it has to be really loud then 636 is enough to do a V-baffle and have 2 15s...

Bit late to the thread, but the subs I'm using match your criteria pretty much perfectly. 15", reflex tuned to 40Hz. They're 600mm wide, but could be stretched a little without any problems. If you've got somewhere to make loud noises, I'm happy to demo them. PM me for plans - think I've still got them here somewhere... Chris
