This has been discussed here many times. Was agreed that HD15's (or similiar) above scoops is perfect complement to run from 70-180 or something like that. I personally think 2x15 reflex is next best bet, but not so hot outdoors. Selenium version of MT122 with right drivers, would go above that nicely. http://www.selenium.com.br/site2004/downloads/projetos/PAS5_p.pdf PAS5MA1 (Page 6). Would keep away from Beta12. Try Fane 12MB's, P.Audio 12's, or used RCF/ATC off ebay if cost is an issue. Edited by levyte357 - 18 April 2007 at 6:42am |

Quite true, however even easier is buying a pair of used HD15's from For sale section in this site or squatjuice.com. If you can make decent 2x15 reflex, I'm sure you can make HD15's or even better, HD215's. Those would look proper sexy/professional over scoops, and sound the best inside or out. http://www.bl-online.org/users/lasse.lukkari/hd215/ ![]() http://www.bl-online.org/users/lasse.lukkari/hd215/HD215.pdf Unloaded pairs coming up all the time. |

The HD215's go above the scoops (approx 70-180hz), The Selenium Midtops go above that (12's = 180-2khz) 1.4" compression driver = 2khz -> approx 16khz. I was told you gotta use FANE/P-Audio/PD 12's to cover the above range, and that P.Audio BMD740/750 CD works good in this setup for cheap price. |

Iration Steppas used to use dual 15 inch reflex for upper bass.
![]() A wild stab in the dark and found you some dual 15 inch reflex plans you should be able to make and find suitable drivers for.
I say Eminence Kappa Pro 15 LF makes a nice reflex driver. I got no experience of PD drivers in 15 inch reflex.
