Yeaaa, No. I saw once 21" ipal for 1k GBP. Could reach extra 1.5db in same size front loaded horn but in tradeoff of 2hz low. If you add that for 2 of thpse you get 3 another horns(which will extend low even more) its not that economic. Unless you are short on space.

Yup but they were 21" and they were so good Martin stopped making them (oh and they were 1ohm)

Edit sorry my bad I confused the MLA with the ASX it's the ASX that uses the 21"

Never criticise another man until you've walked a mile in his shoes. Once you have, call him what you like, you're a mile away and you've got his shoes!

The theory is kinda sound as lower impendance more current, more motor strength on VC and you don't need a Powersoft K60 just to get 5Kw in 8r, you actually use the amp where the max stated power happens...

The issue is unless you are a touring company and run rack within a couple of meters (like 6') of stacks loosing more power in the cable than the VC is REAL Option, def one for a Plate Amp me things!!!

15m of 6mm even 4g6 paired to 12mm will not work well @ those numbers...
