,,The idle time is useless if the bias is way off...in 1min the temperature can reach 60-70c on the heatsinks,the way i did my bias on M900's was with the heatsink temperature betwin 22c-25c basically room temperature before the heatsinks have time to get warm,after adjustments you can live it on as long as you wish,the amp wont get hot anymore,and will perform flawless,my M900's were way to high biassed,with no load to them in 2 min maximum the 60c thermal relay started the cooling fan...so a lot of power was transformed to heat,now it goes in the speakers where it belongs :) back in the days people liked hot stuff :)) my Citronic PPX series the same....damn running hot as hell before i did the bias on them,now are way more relaxed and basically you can hear the power increase when the output transistors runs way cooler than before!
