I have 2 e-mail accounts and I want them to show on my sign in page so that I can just choose which account I want to sign in to.

It's dead easy, you just go to your BT account, select manage sub accounts and tick the box that says "show sub accounts on your sign in page".

The problem is that as soon as I leave "My account" the box magically becomes unchecked.

Any ideas????

Did you accidentally post this on the speakerplans forum rather than the BT support forums Markie?

What happens if you click the box REALLY hard?

I'm not sure its a computer problem, sounds like a problem with the BT application.

Have you tried an alternative browser to be sure?

Mine does the same Markie... and there isn't a fix for it apparently. (Tried BT's helpline)
