about the vz mode switches, what setting should it be at for bass speakers like scoops?

Hi,
VZ mode is dependant on the load impedance. But since you haven't said what this is, then switch to VZOdep, which is the safest. Turn off the loudspeaker integration, as it has a high pass filter function. Hpoe that helps, |

running 6 scoops 8 ohms per scoop 3 per side i think thats 2.6 ohms per side

you could try the lock-low mode at 2.6R see if it runs a bit cooler.
