Well it's a Class H topology so it's got nothing to do with the iNuke. More like an EP2000. (which also had 'ATR')

Its blimmin cheap!
From the blurb Instead of operating relatively continuously like most power amps, the KM1700 features rail tracking for effectively modulating the power supply rails with only the peaks of the input signal. This technology has revolutionised pro audio amp designs with its outstanding performance and efficiency. Edited by nickyburnell - 13 April 2018 at 9:22am |

Oh right - maybe that is what it is then! But that's not what they mean by ATR. Probably lower watt ratings only so as to not interrupt their EP line until they get around to upgrading that.

Probably stuck some faster switching transistors in due to natural progress in available tech and then let marketing loose on it

they look like the stageline ones, the type with the daft fan mounted on top of the heatsink that circulates the hot air to all parts of the amp just for good measure.

The amps output is rated as MAXIMUM not RMS, so I would suspect it
dose about 250 - 300watts RMS per channel @ 8ohm and about 400 - 500 watts per channel
@ 4ohms....... still fairly good value for money if it sounds OK and is reliable. |
