guessing by model number and application it's probably pretty close to a pd156

Hi, yes I suppose it might fit anyway. Someone posted earlier that the oem manufacturer was ciare.
I had a look and asked them but they didnt have original specs anylonger. Looks like maybe NDH15-4S or PWA15.75 could fit. Great if anyone would have some experience. / Michael
