Ok.
Maybe the question i should be asking then, is does anyone have experience with RCF drivers in the 1850 cab? Or am i better to just build 186s with the L18P300 recomended by Roger? I know people say the 186 is less loud but more musical but how much quieter can it be with 1000w drivers driven with 5k? I am intending on building four to play anything from Tecno/Trance to heavy rock with a pair of TPA-pro TX2s on top. (dodgy Res 2 copys.)

If you're in UK, would imagine RCF would be one of your most expensive options. Would personally stick to Fane, PD, Celestion, Void on this one. Fane 1000/Celestion CF18VJD, might suprise in this cab. |
