ALTO MISTRAL 6000 (4000 ALSO) PROBLEM.

   A friend has 2 alto mistral (6000 and 4000) with the same problem. Red light (clip) stays on, and distortion can be heard only on channel 2, on both amps. Are these amps the all around QSC copies or they are different layout? Any ideas or info on these or similar amps would be most helpful. Thanks in advance.....
