They're on offer at Argos at the moment.
I don't use an iPad, smart phone or indeed a mobile phone of any kind. I just wondered if it would make a suitable back-up for my desk top. |

As a convenient way to have touch screen internet access via wi-fi or mobile data they are quite useful.
Add a bluetooth keyboard and you can even get some work done. Watch out for the dopamine trap where great chunks of time compress into milliseconds of informative pleasure. Anything serious I prefer to use a laptop or desktop |
