Been there, done that. At least, popped the lid off, popped it back on, sent it to Sound Tech, paid a ransom, got it back, failed again, sent it back to Sound Tech, paid a bit more, got it back. |

Yes they do bring the current. Gotta be careful with em as they will cook voice coils in short order. I wish they had a bit more short term voltage capability and a more modern DSP section / interface, but for tough low impedance loads they do the work. Can't argue with that. They don't have any dealer network outside of the states and are a smaller company. Shipping back across the ocean for repairs will not be cheap. All of mine have been rock solid so far. Knocks on wood...

AE Techron 7560 / Crown M600
Old school DC coupled 100lb mono tanks. Good for 1ohm loads, DC motors etc...Also help save on your heating bill. |

not entirely, theres the same again back to back underneath.
Luckily this was the soft start that'd failed, output section fine. |

One out eight Crown CTS 3000 amplifiers I picked up from a fixed install that is going the powered speaker route. I have to give homage for DJ Leco on benching this amplifier for, I would have never considered owning this amplifier. This is an example on how inexpensive used Class D (or in Crown's case Class I) amplifiers are being sold for in the States. Each CTS 3000 cost me £119.
