Nobody seems to have surpassed the Inf mk2. Considering it's origins, and the disaster that was the (un modified) Mk1 (at 2r) it really does seem to still be the daddy? Used price of 1000/1300 quid makes it a sure winner.  Do they still make it or is it all Powersoft now?

It's also about availability and where to get hold of them; other than just checking and hoping to strike it lucky.
No, I really don't know what I'm doing...

You're describing me to a tee!

Just out of interest and I know we've been discussing Inf8 and SAE but a used FFA is in that price bracket and how does that compare? Any opinions?

This makes me wanna hear the Inf.8... Sad they are so hard to get hold of.

I'm strapping one 18sw115-8 each side of my pxm1450, and it gives them a good treat with decent power feed, I wonder what would happen if I strap 2x each side of it.

MMmmm yeah, and very hard to find second hand.
Which is perhaps why many would disagree.

Shame really because if Tubby upped the game, his amps would be seen more often. Best amp I've used in terms of honesty of power output.
