If you dont make the box 1:1 with the original, use the 1:1 HF wave guide , original drivers, amp and processing, you will never replicate the exact sound. 
If you only need a box that will just look like it, then go and make if similar on the front and feel free to guess as best you can the internals.
Results will probably be just horrible. 

Because i dont have any X-Ray vision dude... am not about duplicate it... just wanna see what the inside.. how they arrange such many drivers on single box less than 1meter length... about the measure, of course depend on the driver i got.

If you are not able to understand the whole concept out of that video, then you should not even try to make a line array box.

That video showed everything necessary to undersand the whole cabinet. But then again, it was easy for me because i've probably spent way too much time with speakers...
