No real experience, but arent asset labels what you're after? Designed to be hard to remove and robust... worth a look.

Le Mark are of course the big boys in this field.

But the cost can be huge compared to just buying a decent printer and doing your own as needed.

I wouldn’t consider them a deterrent to theft, at all. Nor good at recovering kit if it does happen. I see cables and boxes with other people’s labels on being used by companies at events all the time and some of it is definitely not sub-hired...

If that’s your fear - and it is just that, fear - then smart water is going to give you far better reassurances.
