Hello!

My switch didn’t work with my 36v battery it just stays on even when I turn it off.. do I really need a switch that is made for a 36v system? How do you guys do it that don’t use 12v?

Sounds very odd. Are you sure its not just a LED staying on  after you "switch off" ? ... if so, well it could be volts stored in reservoir caps in the load device (i.e. your amplifier) causing that.

Did you get your DSP thingy to work OK as a crossover ? I have the ACPworkbench s/w - it communicates OK with the device - but otherwise ??? No clues at all about any of these device names etc.

Could you post up a screen cap that shows which devices your using and how they're assigned etc. ? Seems to me that s/w is clearly aimed at developers who presumably also have access to support info ....

Your switch has welded itself up… you need a switch that can handle high inrush currents.

Ooh yes - hadn't thought of that one. A tiny micro-weld will do that I guess .... and yes - inrush current is an issue for those kind of amp modules and DC-DC converters too.
Mebbe a relay is the answer ?

I’ll do that when I’m on the computer with the DSP, but on the first page I have changed nothing but to mono output for the highs and mids. Yes I did get it to work as a crossover, tham12 40 - 110hz soundboks from 110 and up
