I hope the modified plans I sent you was to any help. I see you are living in Trinidad/Tobago. This photo will give you a picture of my reality. The clock is 3:30 PM and its getting dark. The small house is my storage for all my speakers.

I've got the same question. I know the top and bottom have been "shortened" to get rid of the built in handles shown in the original plans. But, by how much? Thanks!

On the orginal plans on Beymas site http://profesional.beyma.com/ingles/recursos.php the PDF-file isnt very helpful. You can instead use the CAD-file to get all the figures. I used a freeware (DWG-viewer http://www.tucows.com/preview/332734 ) for that. Dont forget to calibrate before you start to measure. If you use the rectangle option can you get both the height and the width on the CAD-plan. Notice that I changed the front angle of the baflle. Picture 2. That makes the baffle longer than 523 mm. All the pieces in the cab is 504 mm in width (includes bottom, top and backside). The sides are 540x738 mm. The reinforcment pieces 4 and 5 are the same (443 mm).
Here is my modified plan.

Thanks for the info. Your plans are far easier to read than the originals, and I'm usually pretty good at it.

Indeed, looks very expensive, due to their nonhole fullmetall frame mount sections...
(sorry for this term loan expression)

The grills are made of full metal sheet and punched by an automated machine. They cost me the same as standard grills, so why not add some signature? The amp all D-Amp, my old design. I use 1 of 6000W/chanel/4 ohms for sub and 2X 2000W/chanel/4ohms for lo mid and hi mid and a 400w/chanel/4ohms for 2'' driver. By the way, this is my custom horn too! Very loud and very clean small rig!
