Hi - the measurements in sketchup are accurate from my memory.   82.4 mm on the spec sheet needs to be included because the speakers are mounted on the inside of the baffle.

Also, there is no need / benefit (in my view) to using 12mm.   As specified it is a tank and 12mm ply will make it a good bit heavier.

Let me know if you need any dimensions.   I have drivers and some case parts in the shop and i can take pictures to show you how it all fits.

Oh yes please! I'm thinking about using 18650s, probably 4s3p to get ~15V 15A as per my battery specs. Do you have a amp recommendation? I think I saw some people in this thread wanting more power so I want to hit the max RMS wattage possible which is 2x40watt.

Okay. I'll plan to take photos this weekend.   Regarding the amp, I recommend the MaxAmp.    It is perfectly adequate for this build and the price is good.   I don't think you will want more power.    It is a very efficient speaker.

Hi if I reduce the size of the electrical compartment to half the size would the sound quality be effected?
I read something about baffle dispersion. I'm building the original ns6 version

Reducing the size of the center box is fine though I'm not sure why you would want to.   It won't make the overall size materially smaller and it will give you a much tighter install.

For the tweeter, is it supposed to be wired out of phase?

No.
If it sounds like a gorilla is trying to escape, turn it down.
