Does anyone have/know of any plans available for either of the Bose Panaray MA12 or MB4 models?

Theres nothing special about the Panaray
You need one of these http://www.billfitzmaurice.com/SLA.html which you can extend to 12 drivers, or one of these which can be made in a pro version with 8x8" drivers http://www.billfitzmaurice.com/TLAH.html
At the end of the day Bose quotes 300W for its panaray MA12 so each 2.5" driver only needs to be rated at 25W - the key here is either to use lots of low efficiency drivers or less of higher efficiency ones. If you are trying to emulate it you want the highest efficiency figures you can find, or that 300W wont mean anything.
So I would say take that first link and scale it up for 8" drivers and a tweeter array with a properly designed crossover.
