Hi all, first post here for a while and
looking for some info from the more knowledgeable!
I was gifted a couple of subs but unfortunately the
drivers sound like they're blown - a bit farty in one cab and very farty in the
other!
I've scoured the innawebz looking for the design
and the cabs actually look like and have same measurements as these give or
take a mm - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jrshuWF2q8 - 565mm x 840mm x 76mm (WxDxH) with EV drivers
What i'd really like to know is:
Are they a subscope design and what exactly is that? Or, if not, any clues
as to what they may be? What drivers would suit as replacement - will be used mostly for reggae (would 800
watts work well in the cabs)? How low can they go? What would be the best kick bass to match the subs?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

EV T18 or copy. Woofer looks like EVX 180 600 watts RMS. Do not go very deep...too small ...horn to short. However lots of Guys like these. EV sold lots of these in the USA.

Similar to a T18, but definitely not a T18 copy.
