sent to the doctors..... has got a few exploded fets amongst other things.... soft start is actually intact?, let you know when i find out exactly whats up

I have one that needs repairing but I have no idea what to look for...

The seller on eBay said "keeps blowing soft start fuse" and that was it so no history and haven't plugged it in with a replacement fuse just incase something else goes wrong.  

Any help most appreciated! (Sorry for hijacking thred)
