A 707 with working fans and the "fan bypass" mod done is pretty much the mecca of copper/iron amps.

By default they have silly dual speed fan thing on a bi-metal which you have to solder a link over ( the bi-metal hysteresis makes them thermal when they don't need too) but good caps, a blast of air to clean them out with solid mains these amps are the landrover defender of power amps.

4 will easily take out a K10 ( and as such a K20 as it does not a lot more) they have 100% duty cycle (they run "shaker tables" 24/7, 8 of these bridged can take on a 4 ch Linea, ( the Linea only has 55% duty (as apposed to k20 30%) so can't run a shaker table, I think linea kinda built that amp more for audio than shaker tables!!! :-) )

As you may have gathered I have gigged these a LOT the only issue is KGs...

But if you can get past that, still a MASSIVE icon in amps...

Unlike the Macrotechs they are near HiFi with no colouration from 30 > 15KHz

Kinda Been there, Kinda done that, YOU COULDN'T handle my bar bill!
