cab deminsions vs cubic liters

i have plans to build some simple reflex cabs i am using 18 sound  18" plans  sub beyma 15" sub plans and beyma mid top plan for the tops cab. my question is if i chanke the height,  width or depth measurements but maintain the internal volume  of the cabs will the sound/frequency of the cab be affected

No.
Important is that you keep the same volume.
And you have to be sure that the distance of the portends to a panel is big enough for free 'breezing' of the ports.
