ey up guys

I have just completed building 4 HD15's and i have two Void V18-1000B drivers to put into something. I was originally going to build two letterbox X1's, but becuase some of the venues i play only require one sub and not the full system i thought the letterbox's would be overkill. So i am now going to make a pair of reflex cabs for the Voids that can be combined with the HD15's for bigger bigs.

So does anybody have any plans of a suitable reflex cab for the Void V18-1000B?

cheers DrumApe

im a bit confused - why dont you just build the x1's and use only one for the small venue and two for bigger?

The Void V18 1000 was not designed for reflex use, making it fairly power hungry in reflex compared to more suitable drivers.

2 X1 won't be overkill since they don't carry the sound far like horns. Just make sure your tops can keep up with them. What tops you using by the way?

The worst scenario is when you have too much bass drowning out the mid/highs with booooooom. So hopefully you won't have that problem if you using the right tops like X12 or MT122 and the correct delays.
