Boab, the magazine is called Hobby HiFi. It's not available online - I've subscribed for quite a few years now.

MR10N301 is probably the best 10" driver there is for horn loading, BL=20.7 and Mms=32g.

For extension to higher frequencies the MR8N301 is even better, BL=17.8 and Mms=10g!

(flat power bandwidth limit for HF due to mass rolloff is proportional to BL/Mms, the MR8N301 is much higher than any other cone driver I can find)
