Hi new to this site :-)

I have just bought a pair of Black Box Mid/High tops

They have been loaded with Imminence Kappa Pro12" and PSD 2002 Compression Drivers

Want to find some drivers that will match this cab

Will post a pic but it looks like the top from this link

http://www.courtacoustics.net/blackbox2.php

Any help would be much appreciated

Bought them on a whim but would love to know how these sound driven properly Smile

The correct original drivers would have been 2x JBL 2202 Mid, 2x JBL 2425 HF and optional 2402 or 2405 bullet tweeters, but,of course, due to the value of the components, they have allways been removed and replaced with cheaper units.
Be seeing you.

Thanks for the info much appreciated

Have been looking at Beyma Liberty 8 (E-120 copies?) as a possible for the 12" drivers

It looks like JBL still do the Diaphragm for the JBL2425 is there anything to be weary about old compression drivers?

Stephen also loaded them loaded with Fanes, 12mb's for mid, can't remember the comp but it was 2" fane (and huge) and he also did the Bass cabs with 15"  Colossus
Never criticise another man until you've walked a mile in his shoes. Once you have, call him what you like, you're a mile away and you've got his shoes!
