Crest CA9 input power question

   Hello. So I've got a question as I'm planning on purchasing a used Crest CA9. Looking at the PDF, it says peak draw is 21A and also at 1/3 power its 16A.  However I've seen pictures of the power plug and it looks like a standard 15A plug. How could this be. Wouldnt that be against code?  Thanks in advance :)
