Plastic (polypropylene) toe caps are better. Steel ones can bite down an amputate your toes if enough weight lands on them. Better off with a broken toe.

Both from a CM Lodestar running the chains in. Was 110% my own fault was talking to someone and attention slipped. Lesson learned........

Yeah man that was 2005! Just got a couple of funky fingers and cant bend my thumb. First 3 hospitals they took me too wanted to amputate at the knuckle. Glad they didn't as have some feeling in them now and don't notice them.

Had one of our top boxes land on my head before, concussion for the rest of the night.
 
Nearly took a few finger nails off with some varnished wood scoops slipping out my hands.
 
Few minor electric shocks.

was working for a certain company not long ago and we were loading a monitor rack into a lorry using a ramp, started going up the ramp and the monitor right at the back on top rocked and started to fall. i mangaed to catch it before it took the 2 guys out pushing the rack LOL

i got an electric shock from a generator at a festival we did last month, wasn't the nicest of experiences!

Yep they bite, I never been bitten but a few of my crew have been hit with shackle pins just before that happens......LOL

I broke me finger when putting my rig into storage at the end of a gig back when I had hysis 215s and hp400's

I had the 215s on the sides and I lifted the hp400's up on my own into a small room trying to get the last one in and it fell and crushed me fingers between the cab and door frame oops 
had a few minor leccy belts can't really think of anything exciting
Well my wife has kicked me out saying it's over due to my obsession with speakers don't know watt I'm gonna do with no ohm to go to

I chopped the the end of my left thumb off with a table saw, its mostly grown back but still has a flat edge.  Ive shot the same thumb twice with the nail gun too...
