I was thinking the same... on the video, there is no mforce motor to be seen.
It looks more like a regular magnet assembly.

A pretty tiny magnet at that.

As is the case with most giant woofers I have seen. May work some how in infinite baffle or free-air installations, but motor is way too weak for such a large cone to get it moving and keep it under control in small sealed or similar enclosures.

Well, EV has one too.. model 30.  30" woofer with 2.5 inch voice coil LOL

I thought that when they launched the M-Force stuff they stated it was available in 32 to 72 inch diaphragms. Shame that it is not what I was hoping it was but it makes sense.

Have you got a link to any info on the driver you think it is? I did a google search but got nothing back that was useful.

40" is the largest available unless you design it yourself, and then it isn't really recommended.

The 60" is likely made by these guys:
http://www.ad-audio.com

They have a 50" and an 80":
http://www.ad-audio.com/web/Carbon_Cone_SUBWOOFER/80inch/Neodyminm/32.html

They're an OEM manufacturer, and supply to a bunch of brands.

I thought that. For the size of the driver and the work that needs to do its not that big at all.

On the serious side, it is shit. I have seen and heard that thing in frankfurt. It has like 85db sensitivity and dont go loud at all even with the wind blowing in right direction. ;)
